Oh I am so happy to hear that it took you 4 hours to make the block. I am so frustrated about being so slow with pp . I usually am fast with my work. And also I am starting so late in the game too. I am now trying to catch up on reading all the treads too. Jolo

Jolo, take heart! my first few efforts make me laugh now when i think about them. It really does get better, but there are a few blocks that will make you wonder why you are doing it, the smile when they are done makes it worthwhile.

Oh...you'll eventually get it...It took me forever it seemed to learn to PP..and to fold the next section down backwards to make sure your piece would be big enough. I'm not going to admit how long my 1st blocks took...heck...they still take me a long time, but then I'm not a fast sewer.
